Hi. So me and my SO had sex around the Friday the 1st thru Sunday the 3rd and we use the pull out method but we go back to back. He pulls out and cums and immediately goes back in. He does that at least three times before he goes and pees. My period came that Friday. My periods gone and I've been cramping, and having bad headaches. Not sure how effective the pull out method is. It was out first time doing it like that
