Healthy snack recommendation?
Hello, I was wondering if any of you ladies had a healthy snack recommendation. Something easy that you can just grab and don't have to prepare? Whenever I want a snack I usually grab like a little snack cake, but my doctor said I need to moneter my weight gain for my final month and not eat so much junk food. I was wondering if there was anything you would recommend that if filling (besides like fruit)
