Hey ladies! My husband is an Army reservist so I have the option of getting Tricare Reserve Select insurance. I've been on my employer's insurance for years but now that we're starting a family I'm exploring my options. Has anyone used Tricare as their secondary insurance, specifically when having a baby? I've read that typically Tricare picks up what the primary doesn't for covered services but it's nice to hear from people who've used it.

We'll be enrolling in the family plan either way before our son is born but I'm trying to decide if I should drop my work insurance. The major hesitations I have about doing so is that I need chiropractic coverage (which I get through work) and my work insurance will provide a good quality breast pump (which Tricare does not yet provide though they're trying to change this).
