Emergency contraceptive pill

I took an ECP within an hour of having a condom break during sex. I read that some of the symptoms were fatigue, headaches, nausea, spotting etc. I haven't had any of these apart from feeling nauseous for nearly 4 hours. Could this mean that the Pill did not work or am I just lucky enough to not have any symptoms? 🤔
