Genetic testing came back with "no result"

I had a InformSeq test done at 12 weeks and it came back yesterday reading "no result". The genetic counselor informed me my fetal fraction rate is too low to complete the test. I opted to re-test using Panarama testing. They drew blood this morning and now I have to wait 7-10 more days for the result. My genetic counselor informed me there is a possible connection to low fetal fraction and chromosome abnormalities. I am 35 years and slightly overweight. Has this happened to anyone else? How did it turnout? Fingers crossed I'll get results for my re-test.... This whole time I was just waiting for find out the sex of the baby... Didn't even begin to worry about abnormalities until I got this call.
