Has anyone ever had this problem??

So this past weekend I was feeling a little stomach pains but nothing to bad at all. Well Monday comes around and I start getting sick. I wasn't able to eat anything at all. Tuesday morning I still feel bad but wasn't puking but was having really bad stomach pains an still not able to eat anything. Today I was having really sharp pains an lot of pressure on my stomach an can't really eat anything with out feeling like I will be sick after I eat. I'm trying to see if it will go away on its own or should i just go to the doctor now.
