Any sleep talkers/walkers?

My so talks in his sleep like no other 😂😭 I just had a full blown conversation with him, then woke him up and he doesn't remember any of it. Sometimes it freaks me out though because we are at his parents house while our apartment is under renovation, and it is indeed haunted. He was just talking about some guy named Cody in the closet and was freaking out at first because Cody was coming out of it? I don't know. I just know I was about to pass out and now I'm wide awake. Anyone else have someone who talks in their sleep or walks?
