Could I get pregnant?

So my boyfriend and I are sexually active and I'm on birth control. I ran out of birth control( last night I took it just not tonight after this happened) so we used a condom everything was great till the end when he pulled it out and the condom was empty... A lot of it we could see was elsewhere and on parts of me that I don't need to worry about but we are not sure if it got in or not.. Could I get pregnant because of this? Even though I still have the birth control in my system?
