FW and pregnancy percentages.

Random question: when it says 7% risk for pregnancy on a day, does that mean that if I have sex that day, I will have 7% of getting pregnant in the days to come? Or if I've had sex in the previous day's I have 7% chance of getting that day? Lol probs super random but just wondering!
