When did bubs turn?

My little one has been in the exact same position since about week 26.. Head up under my right ribs, butt down. Kicks always in my lower tummy. I've had two ultrasounds since then and 31 weeks now and she's still in the same spot. Occasionally will move to the other side briefly or tries to, but she hasn't even attempted turning. How often do they turn late if they're not upside down by this point? Even the doctor commented on how strange it was to always feel her on the same side. A little worried she won't get a wriggle on.
