Insight? Please ladies.

So I'm currently on CD-43, I went to the doctors last week to pretty much be told I'm ridiculous for thinking I had faint positives because their urine test was stark white. I expected further testing due to being almost 15 days late. But all she said was come back if you miss your period 2 more times.. If I'm missing my period isn't something wrong? Usually I'm due pretty much on or around the 10th every month. I keep getting cramps but nothing to show of it. Really just frustrated, and let down. What are the chances that the one month I put my heart and soul into TTC I don't even get my period the following month...
