Question about Psoriasis

So I have Psoriasis of the scalp and usually it's pretty manageable, but lately it has been itching, spreading through more parts of my scalp, and flaking like crazy! It just occurred to me that it's been going on about as long as I should be pregnant. Has anyone else with psoriasis seen a huge change in itchiness/spreading/flakiness like this? It may not have anything to do with the pregnancy, I plan on asking my doc about it at our appt...just thought I'd see if anyone here also had first hand knowledge with this.
