What age did your baby start walking?

My 10 month old is pulling herself up and standing on her own. But won't take a step. When did yalls little ones start walking?

My 13 month old is still walking only holding onto things.. And everyone is always commenting on when she will start walking. It's annoying. She's my 3rd baby and if I've learned anything it's that they are all different and take it at their own pace. My first was talking and singing you are my sunshine before my friends baby (same age) was completing sentences- yet her baby was running around the house before my baby was even attempting to take a step.

It may just be that she's a cautious person. My baby is like that now. She will take a step or two smile at us and carefully crouch back down onto the floor to crawl around because she's comfortable with that. I think she's more than capable and probably knows it but she's just like yea, I think I'm good here for now 😊

My son walked at 8 months but he was also a very solid and big newborn. My kid came out holding his own head with no issues. It's totally normal for babies to take actually all the way up until 2 years old to walk solid. If you have any questions about your child's development though I would ask the pediatrician. :)

my daughter took her first steps at nine months, by 10 months I was chasing her around the house! But that doesn't mean anything. My daughter was advanced in that area as far as what the doctor explained to me. Children develop in their own time, but if you are concerned, which I don't think you need to be, just check with your pediatrician.

My son started walking without holding onto anything after his first birthday. My nephew on the other hand was pulling up at 9 months and walking at 10 months he never crawled.
