So I'm 3 months postpartum, my son was born via emergency c-section. While I was in the hospital I had usual gas pains that accompany abdominal surgery. I know that's normal but now at 3 months put in still having severe gas pains sometimes. Not like daily but I would say it probably happens once a week where it's bad enough to wake me up at night, or cause me to double over if I'm standing. I never had pain like that before the c-section and I haven't been able to find information about gas pains lasting this long after surgery. Any of you ladies experience this? If so, did you ask your doc about it?
