Early Ovulation/Long Cycle

I hope the ladies with long cycles and OPK pro's can help me on this one... I'm at 9 months now TTC and my average cycle length is around 40 days. I just received my Wondfo Ovulation/Pregnancy tests today and decided to try one out for kicks.

I know this isn't a postive. (photo taken within proper time frame btw) Haha. But doesn't it seem awfully close to one? Does this mean I'm close to testing positive in a few days? The real kicker is this is CD 8! 8 out of 40 days! Has anyone O'd early with a long cycle?!
