Had some cramping yesterday and decided to take an ovulation test which was positive. Today I'm having horrible abdominal pain and awful back pain. It's not crippling pain but definitely extremely uncomfortable. And Tylenol doesn't seem to help. It definitely feels worse on my right side but the pain is all over. Any ideas what this could be??
