Need some advice

I had a mc on jan 13th I got my next pd on feb 22nd I just went back about a week and a hlf to just check to see if my levels were back at zero and they were now I am what I think 2 days late on my pd and took a test and it was negative if I was pregnant would it have showed so soon in my blood work when I went ? Because if taken a few hpt and they were negative. Any ideas?
