This is the second time in 3 weeks my allergies have hit me and they are hitting HARD. I was told by my doctor all I can really do is take my allergy pills and gargle warm salt water for my sore throat. This itchy throat and cough is killing me though! Any advice? I was taking Halls but one of the ladies at the pharmacy said menthol wasn't safe while pregnant (this is after I already had an entire bag). I feel terrible and exhausted even more so than normal. HELPPPPPPP!
