Are any of you face-pickers?😥

I have a terrible problem with this, and it's hurting my otherwise pretty face. Please comment any helpful advice you may have! Thank you!

This is actually often classified as a form of self harm. Many people do this during time of stress or anxiety and don't even realise they are doing it. I've had this habit for a while and it's a problem. The scars are the worth and people stare often. It's hard to overcome but try keeping something around for your hands to do. If you have something else to play with you may leave your face alone. Also keep your nails trimmed very short.

I literally thought I was the only one, I got some scream called Eucerin from Boots that was £11 and because I was seeing such dramatic changes in my facial (dryness and scabby spots I would pick at disgusting I know) there would hardly be anything to pick anymore and I'd stop doing it. I would highly recommend this and wondering whether you can get it on prescription ☺️

I used to do it alt and my mom did when she was younger so she had scars. So she put I sign on my mirror say don't pick and all this positive stuff. Learned that my acne went away quicker by not picking

It's called compulsive skin picking (there is an online test to see if you might have it ), I think I have it too and it doesn't help that I have eczema 😖
