Ladies 🚺.. Any tips?

Im 7 weeks and 5 days.I havent experienced any symptoms what so ever. Had my 1st doct appt yesterday baby heart beat is strong. 😍 BUT when i woke up today, my boobs feel really heavy, a little painful and sensitive..  Any tips?

I've had to get a soft maternity bra from 3 1/2 weeks my boobs killed me from the and I've already grown two cup sizes a good bra and a night bra should do x

Best thing I can tell u is a supportive bra. I'm pretty top heavy so I normally wear a bra, a cami, and a shirt. The less they move the better
