So I was on the depo shot for probably close to a year, and my last shot was in December. I was never on my period while on the shot, and I still have not got it back yet, but I have had cramps everyday multiple times but nothing happens. I understand that it may take a while for my body to fully get rid of the shot, but I just didn't know if it was normal to be cramping everyday for the past month or two...
