How long did you wait to try to conceive again after recurring miscarriage ?

At the end of last year and the beginning of this year I had two missed miscarriages. I had to have a D&C for both. My doctor did a a big panel of blood test on me but she could find nothing wrong. The plan is that I'm going to start taking baby aspirin and folic acid and when I get pregnant again she will put me on progestin. But honestly I'm terrified. Can anybody relate?
