Sore breasts, what and when?

Question

Can anyone tell me their experiences with sore breasts while pregnant?  How soon did it start?  Did it feel like the muscles around them were sore or the actual breast itself?  On a scale of 1 to 10, how bad did it hurt?

For me there's two kinds of pain. There's one where you almost feel something tightening or cramping up in your breast, those are sporadic and usually concentrated on the sides and underarms area. I also just get heavy and tender like I normally do after ovulation, but it's 20x worse and my nipples hurt on top of that.
