What medications do you take for menstrual pain?

I really want to know. I've tried midol and other pain meds, but only Pamprin works for me. Is there a system or natural remedy that works for you?

I take ibuprofen. (I don't know if it's contained within one of the listed options, sorry) It's an anti-inflammatory so helps me a lot.

Co codomol or codine I like my painkillers strong😂.  Or volteral gel that works really well,  gels are better than tablets. And use a heating pad too

Naproxen sodium. It's the ONLY thing that works for me!!! Knocks cramps out in 20 minutes flat!!

Tylenol ibuprofen combo. It's the only thing that works for me.
