What do people use to help conceive

I don't use anything is there anything that I could do I just have loads of sex all the time I keep seeing people saying there using pre seeds what are these please I don't know anything really about what things u can buy to help u

I use

preseed (it's a lube the doesn't slow down the sperm like saliva and other lubes)

soft cups (it's a plastic cup like a diva cup I stick up inside me after baby dancing to keep the sperm from falling out and I sleep with it in)

Geritol (a liquid multivitamin that tastes disgusting but they say there's a baby at the bottle of every bottle)

Maca (it supports your reproductive system)

Folic Acid (for my hopefully soon to be conceived child)

Fertility Tea (it's just a tea with herbs to support your reproductive system)

I also lift my hips after BD even though they say you don't need to I'm at the point I will do anything to help myself get pregnant ☺️
