How to take Geritol
I started Geritol to help me get pregnant, as there are s ton of women who claim it's the magic baby pill. How should I take it. When I'm not on my periods when I'm ovulating when I'm not ovulating (I'm very irregular). I just wanna take it the correct way. Also I know here is a liquid form but I don't wanna take that I rather do the pills.
ALSO, what is a good folic acid to take with the Geritol. I know not to do prenatal vitamins with it because of iron overdosage. But I want to know what kind of folic acid is good ?
