I was just watching a show where there was domestic violence within a family and the doctors assumed it was the father, however it was in fact a 10 year old child who was exhibiting behavioral traits of a psychopath (fascination with blood, knives, causing pain etc.), the doctors raised this with child services, they then made a recommendation that the child should be removed from the home however the final decision was up to the parents, they said no and the child remained in their custody despite them being absolutely terrified of him.
