Hi ladies sorry it's a rather graphic post I'm nearly 13 weeks pregnant and I have been suffering with mild constipation when I finally manage to go it's fine but a few hours later I have unbearable stomach cramps and very bad loose bowels  does anyone know how I can stop or what may be causing it this the pain is really getting me down X
