Early pregnancy and cramping

I am 4w 5d today and I've been having AF type cramps for about 4 days now. Since yesterday the "bloating type cramps" turned into "stabbing type cramps" I mainly get them after I stand up and there not very sharp just very noticeable, when the catch me off guard I flinch. Also when I did the blood test my HCG was 848 at the time it's usually between like 50-400 something I think she said. I've also been getting nauseous, tired and lightheaded for almost a week...I know you can't truly tell if there's multiples until an ultrasound but was wondering if anyone had these symptoms as strong and early as I do.
