Cramping

I just found out im pregnant im still ridiculously early im 3w5d and 2 days away from af. My lines on frer are getting darker but im having af cramping. Should i be worried? Im also constipated and have really bad belly pains idk if its something i ate but it hurts any advice? Sorry for the smudge of the wirting lol
