Plus size mama is hurtin!!
My back is killing me!! I'm already overweight (250 before pregnancy) and I'm only 5 weeks in and my body is already not happy with me. I'm a hairdresser also so I'm on my feet all day. Ugh I just needed to vent about how over worked my poor back is. It's time to start eating right and being more active outside of work, but it's hard to imagine not giving into cravings for fried pickles and going straight to bed when I get home. Any of u girls feel my struggle?? Any good simple prego food plans to stick to??
