Has anyone ever heard of this before?
I read this morning that if you check your bbt at a different time than usual, you're supposed to add .1 degree for every half hour earlier you woke up. In a similar sense, if you wake up later you subtract .1 for every half hour late.
I ask because the past 2 days I woke up at 8am to do bbt and I was at 98.2 & 98. Today, at 5am to go to work I was at 97. Thinking I was out of the game this month (I'm at 13 dpo and my cover line is 96.8) - realistically if I used this logic my bbt would be 97.6 today. I know confusing :-/
Anyone ever hear of this logic?!
