Pregnant from a one night stand

I just found out I'm pregnant from a one night stand. The last time I talked to him was 3 weeks ago. I have no idea how to tell him. I was on birth control and still got pregnant I'm afraid he is going to think I lied about that. I don't think I have been so stressed in my life.
