Advice?

I'm unsure right now of what to do.. My blood sugar is at 65, I have a headache, I'm nauseas, my heart is beating really hard which is making it hard to breathe, and I'm cramping like I'm on my period or something.. I'm only 32 weeks, but in a previous pregnancy I delivered early. If I can avoid the hospital it would be great, they complain every time I go in, plus I'm not bleeding nor have I had any fluid leaking, and baby boy is moving and grooving like it's nothing

Definitely try eating something and lay down and see if you feel any better. I feel like that too when my blood sugar drops too suddenly.

Have a few jelly beans and a glass of milk see if that helps first I get like that when I'm going low but it's dropping quickly like right now tho I opted for caromello chocolate coz I've been craving it and lows are the only time I'm aloud it

Drink 8 ounce of fruit juice as its the fastest way to raise your blood sugar check again 15 to 20 minutes after drinking to ensure its raising if not repeat for a slower raise eat 15 grams of carbs no protein makes it raise to slow
