What to try next month? Ttc
I'm pretty sure I'm out for this month.
What can I try this next month? It's our last month to try and catch before our wedding in august (Otherwise I'll be less than 3 months on the day and decided I didn't want to feel ill, or not tell anyone).
So I've been drinking raspberry leaf tea every morning, obviously taking folic acid, monitoring my cm. I was taking my temp before but it was sending me mental.
With my last pack of preg tests I got to ovulation tests so I've got them to try out this month.
I also get quite stressed so I'm making every effort to relax and am trying to meditate daily. My other half is snacking on Brazil nuts and we are generally eating a good healthy diet.
Oh we also used concieve plus last month so will continue to use it.
What else or just keep going?!
