Healing down below? Grazing

Question

I had my baby girl on the 20th April and they said I had some bad grazes down below. I just wondered if any other ladies have had the same and how long they look to heal. I also am still feeling some pressure in my bum, is there anything that will help ease this?

The more you do - walking etc, the heavier and more sore it will feel so take it easy for the first week at least. I am 3 weeks pp and some days it is still very uncomfortable if I am too active, and the bleeding increases. Spitz baths with salt water are great for healing and others recommended a few drops of lavender oil

Keep with the water over you as you pee, I had some grazing with number 1 and it took maybe 2-4 weeks until I was peeing without water being poured down too. Congrats on the baby and hope it gets better soon!

All I was told was that I had at least 20 stitches.. The doctor was stitching me up for 15 minutes.. At my 6 week pp check she said I still had stitches. I didn't feel fully healed till around 8 weeks pp..

Healing Down there isn't happening for me. Had my daughter on the 11th and I still can't sit without saying "ouch". It hurts like crazy sitting standing and even laying down. I thought maybe I got infected but everyone keeps saying its normal and will be like this for the next 4 weeks. Yaay me 😕

I had a cut (my partner says was massive)and was heeled pretty good by 10 days perfectly heeled after 3 weeks tho I know it's not the same as such
