I tried everything with my first. I dried up at 4 months. Pump as much as you can. If your body thinks your Demand is going up your supply should increase but if you're completely dry it's nearly impossible to bring it back

The best way is to dry latch.  Basically even if you have no milk, latch baby to the breast.  His saliva sends signals to your brain and you will start producing again.
