I had sex with my partner yesterday night and I was 33% fertile then when I woke up I had sharp pains in my gut where it hurt to even get up and though the hole day I've been feeling sick could I be pregnant?

My mother said she new she was pregnant right after sex with all three of her kids .She said she started cramping soon after sex.. Idk. She was a very fertile woman.Even after getting her tubes tied she still ended up getting pregnant it was ectopic.
