Right now, I will pay the crap out of someone to rub these horribly painful knots out of my lower back. I wake up with a throbbing back, it hurts to move, it hurts to lay down.. And I can feel the sucker when I feel back there, it's right above my pelvis. I rub it as good as I can but I can't release it. Where can I go to have someone do this? Just a day spa? Can I just walk up in there because I'm about to. Is it like excessively expensive?
