Bump is gone but

So I'm about 22 weeks and my bump is gone all of a sudden. I'm not freaking out that much because I have a Doppler and can hear her heart beat. But I was just wondering when will the baby move back to the front or is there anything I can do to make her move back up front because I can't feel her as often anymore and it's very worrisome to me .. I can feel a light kick every now and then . But not as much as I could when my belly was huge and I can't feel her actually move anymore which sucks
