TMI: Extra gross periods on birth control?

I just started bc pills and my period is so gross. Its like extremely slimy. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yep. Me right now. Its only til your body adjust to the pill. Your period will be normal again.

It'll adjust. Mine went from a 7-8 day period to a 5-6 day period. It's lighter now and I never have cramps. It starts as sporting. Mild flow for 1-2 days then spotting
