Missed period, but light spotting

So my last period was February 20th. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests all coming back negative. Just 2 days ago (April 20th) I started bleeding and thought it was my period, but later I realized I don't even think it's enough to even be a light period. I'm still bleeding but it's so light all I need is a panty liner. Any thoughts ?
