My 5 year old has been complaining of cramps for days now, wasn't eating much but has today, he had thick diareah Thursday night once, fine stool yesterday and has just sed no to his tea after asking for what I made, went the loo and it was like dirty yellow water with bits in sorry TMI he was ok before hand just sed he had sick in his belly and pointed to below his belly button did that toilet trip and sed he feels better now, I can't quite put my finger on wats up, he's playing fine and looks fine he has colour in his cheeks not lolling about, he has a habit of biting his nails, very nervous on occasions so I don't know wether it's a part of maybe anxiety or he has a bowel infection maybe, I dno Wat to think xx
