SO to doc appts

So my SO hasnt been able to go to an appt with me since our ultrasound at 20 weeks. He works nonstop and rarely has a day off, but i just feel like he could take an hour off for one day to go to an appt. I have brought it up and he says he just doesnt have time and it is making me so depressed right now. I know he is working hard to take care of us.. I dunno in torn between being hurt and being understanding. Anyone else go to appointments alone?😞
