My back measures 42 and my cup is B. I can never find this size anywhere without having to fork out a small fortune. My panties are either size 12 or size 14, 12 is too tight around my thighs but perfect in the waist and size 14 is perfect for my thighs, but huge on my waist and they fall down. Im at a loss 😞
