So confused

So i got a new phone and signed into glow and saw my period was late. Last period was 3/20 ive always been a 30 day girl no matter what. Glow stated my period should come april 11 which I thought was to early. Now its the 24th still no aunt flow one negative pregnancy test scared to test anymore feels like its not worth it.... No sign of aunt flow either.... Very sore boobs even now. TMI but white thick lotion discharge. Some cramps off and on. And a little face break out. I need help idk what to do. Ps. Doctors appointment soon scared my test will still be negative. Then what?
