I thought these would be great for a heavy flow. On the first day when the flow was heavier they weren't bad going in or coming out.  On the second day no problem going in.  Coming out was a whole other story.  I will admit that I may have taken it out too soon.  After the damn thing expanded (like it is supposed to) it got momentarily stuck on the way out. I yanked and it felt like my vagina was coming out with it!  This is coming from a woman who regularly has had a child, three miscarriages, and regularly has sex with a partner who has a thick shaft.
