Why do I look so big!?!

This was a picture of me last night at my friends rehearsal dinner. Granted it was right after dinner but dang I look big. I'm 11w5d. I feel like I'm bigger than most and almost am slightly embarrassed. Please tell me I'm not the only one.

The shorter your stature the earlier you'll show! I'm 5'10" and pregnant with triplets and not showing at 11+4.

My belly the other night laying down. Looks just about like yours when standing up. I know I was a thick girl before pregnancy. I think that may result in me showing earlier. A lot of it right now is bloat, but you can't tell me you haven't felt your tummy making some weird changes, because j definitely have. At first I was embarrassed as well, but like a lot of mommies on here say. It's the baby that's causing the bloat! So it's something to be proud of ☺️ you look beautiful momma!
