Stopped taking prenatals

I had to stop taking prenatals because I would throw them up every time. Gummies. Chewables. Normals uncoated one. I tried them all. My dr told me to jus eat right now and lay of the vitamins. I jus feel like it's weird. Is that safe. I jus want a healthy baby.
