Pregnancy sign?

Has anyone ever had a pressure feeling in their abdomen during sex when you were pregnant? I had this with my last pregnancy but I don't know if I should look at this as another pregnancy sign since I've only been pregnant once and lost it..

I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and if I should add this to my list of signs before I test..
